The Vardis Olive Garden is located at the northwestern coast of Crete, on the administrative borders of the prefectures of Chania and Rethymno, in the area of Georgioupolis. Specifically, it lies at the feet of the White Mountains, near the Kournas lake and the Cretan Sea.
The hotel is situated in an olive grove of organic farming, covers an area of 22,000 square meters, and consists of 58 accommodations, harmoniously allocated in a main building and five bungalow units.
All single-room and double-room accommodations offer privileged view to the swimming pool, the colourful gardens or to the magnificent White Mountains.
They are generously sized, furnished with a double bed or with twin beds, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, telephone with dial-out, safe deposit box, autonomous air conditioning, and baby cot (on request).

The kaleidoscope of tastes which are characteristic of the Cretan diet is the combination of high quality local products with the brilliant and invigorating sun light of the island.
In the Elies traditional restaurant the Vardis family continues the local culinary tradition using only organic products mostly of own production, e.g. vegetables, eggs, meat and extra virgin olive oil from the family’s olive groves.
